Team Guido is auctioning off a a phone call and a signed copy of their book in order to raise money for Reality 4 Diabetes. You should all bid. I threw a couple down mostly cause I wanted to call and talk shit, but once it got higher than 20 bucks I backed off. I'm a college student, someone with more money should make the donation. I'm looking at those of you who have won a million dollars.

Psh. Dad is sorely mistaken, and if Chris can get off his ass to chime in here he can confirm. We got our physicals after we were chosen at a Doctor's office in Beverly Hills.

So the Geezer came through for us. He was at the Doctor's office getting a checkup because that's what old guys do when the Dr. started asking about the show. Apparently a father and a daughter from the Santa Barbara area were in there getting physicals for "A reality show" and apparently when they went back for a second visit they told the doctor that they had not been chosen.
Personally I don't buy it. If you get sent back to the doctor for a second visit it's because you've been cast.
So either the doctor was full of shit, or you can expect to see a father/daughter combo on AR5.

Gee. I wish I had one of them Doomsday machines.

Season 5 of The Amazing Race begins filming this week. For real. I've had it confirmed through several reliable sources. The show either started shooting yesterday, or it's going to start on this coming Monday. Either way, if you're going to be doing any travelling keep an eye out at the airports for pairs of people with camera crews. Guess I better start planning for TARcon 5.

The cast for Survivor 8 was announced today. It's pretty much exactly what was on all the spoiler sites. No Johnny Fairplay which is a bit of a bummer. However, Rob C. made the cut and I can't think of anyone who has ever played the game better. Should be a good season.

On a side note, as anyone noticed that The Apprentice watches a lot like an episode of The Amazing Race? It's weird. You all should check it out just to see the similarities in storytelling. I personally will be passing on the rest of the season. Donald Trump is not worth missing Smallville.
